About Us

Jim and Christy Pierce opened the doors to BioAesthetics Dental Studio in 2008. When they're not in the lab, they love to play golf and go traveling together.

Jim grew up working for his father in the denture lab, then went on to learn crown and bridge working under Charles Warren in Provo, Utah. He then came back to Grand Junction to start his own lab. He has spent countless hours in the classroom and in the lab perfecting the art of full arch implant restorations.

Our Employees

Andrea specializes in All-On-X prostheses and digital denture design. Before joining BioAesthetics in 2020, she spent ten years working at a dental practice in Ohio, handling all of the removable work and learning directly from some of the country's best prosthodontists.

Veronica is one of our removeable technicians. Before making the jump to the lab, she worked as a dental assistant, gaining an invaluable chairside perspective. At the lab, she handles a multitude of responsibilities including hard relines, model work, and flippers. On her days off she enjoys spending time with her husband and son, off-roading in their Jeep and enjoying the outdoors.

Kaori has worked as a ceramist for over two decades and does most of our custom shades and aesthetic waxups. She recently took an interest in the removable side of the lab and now handles some of our denture setups.

Shilo is a twenty-year veteran of the dental lab and does much of our digital crown and bridge design, including custom abutments, as well as ceramics work.

Greysy joined our team in 2022 with five years of lab experience already under her belt. She handles our 3D printing department, and also does ceramic stain and glaze, as well as much of our model work. On the weekends she spends time with her husband and kids.
